In the spring of 2021 I stepped out of full-time church ministry and two years later launched a business that prioritized my hope and healing. But those 24 months in-between sent my husband and I into a season of constant change. I had served in church ministry for over a decade, but when I removed myself from church leadership, I found myself in a typical 9-5 office job in insurance. Shortly after I started that job, my husband and I found out we were expecting our first child. And then our family was given a terminal health diagnosis. Our daughter was welcomed into the world in 2022, just months before my husband was offered a new job in a new state - and so the season of change continued. Turns out buying and selling a house isn’t an easy process, and finally, 6 months into the new job we moved into our new home.

What I didn’t mention was that just months before our two year hiatus, I met a new friend on the shores of Hawaii. She had just invested in water wellness technology for her family and it came with a business opportunity she couldn’t stop talking about. While my family transitioned from place to place for those two years, I was educating and training myself to follow in her footsteps.
